Dear Ken – We wanted to tell you how very impressed we were with the work done on our heating & venting system and by identifying the problems we were having.  We appreciate everything you did in correcting it which now works great.  We get even heating in every room and the intake is completely quiet!

The guys that worked on it were excellent.  They worked hard each day without any breaks and took the time to explain our questions.  They were on time both days and started immediately.

Dear Kit – The central air-conditioning is up and running tonight and my little house has gone from oven to haven.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure doing business with Perfect Climate. Beginning with your initial visit and the bid, right through to the final assessment of the system, everything was done with the utmost professionalism.

Dan and Greg arrived right on time yesterday and had the equipment installed by mid afternoon. Unfortunately, an electrical snafu slowed the work, but you recommended an electrician who was able to come to my house and take care of the problem right away.

This afternoon Dan was waiting for me at the pre-arranged time and within an hour he had set the thermostat, answered all my questions to my satisfaction, got the system running, and made sure it was functioning properly before he left.

With the Christmas rush I am afraid I was re-miss in getting back to you about the Hawley project.

Unfortunately they do want to change to the seam they were originally told they would get – the drive seam. She did say that she didn’t mind if you wanted to wait until spring for better weather.

I must tell you also that she was almost in tears after you left – she commented that you would definitely be getting more work from them since you had responded so quickly and that she was so impressed with your approach to customer service. Thanks Kit !

Along with our new Geothermal installation, by Perfect Climate, you requested we please notify you of our Total Electrical Costs for our First Year of operation . We are happy to do so. We moved into our new home October 1, 2010, Parkdale , Oregon . We have always kept both thermostats (whole house) set at 68 degrees (heat) & 75 degrees (air conditioning) for the entire year……..24/7.
Our home is very comfortable for us with these settings, particularly in winter, as the entire inside…. the whole mass….. is 68 degrees all the time.
No drafts or cold feet ! The house is single level, approximately 2000 sq. ft., 2×6 construction, Bibb blown-in insulation, 3 ton Water Furnace Envision Geothermal Heat & Hot Water System.
As you`ll see……we like our GEOTHERMAL ! It`s low cost, quiet & comfortable.

Can you let Lonny & the crew know that a couple of years later, the system they installed at our place in Welches is working great and we really appreciate all of the attention to detail with the retrofit and also how well it works..
